I’ve said it before, and I mean it.  Cody & Carson are two handsome brothers!  They were so much fun to play with during their {urban funk} sessions.  Cody was clean cut and instantly smiling whenever I raised my camera.  Carson was Mr. Talkative, and ready to get down and dirty, literally!  I absolutely love their pictures and the time I had to get to know them.

This session was a real treat for me… to work with Miss Annelise, oh how she is so sweet and wise for her age!  She is only two years old, but her personality and maturity made me think she was at least five!  Her mom has planned a Snow White birthday party for her so we decided to turn Annelise into an Urban Funk Snow White… and I think she fits the role fantastically!

I feel so rewarded and inspired by the kids who have participated in my {Urban Funk} mini sessions.  This boy is such a natural in front of the camera and I was so excited to see his style and his polite nature.  I can’t even pick my favorite but one of the best ones (which brings tears to my mommy eyes) is the one with him looking off to the side, smiling.  Right before I captured that photo, I asked him to look at his mom and tell her how she looks.  What did he tell her????!

You look pretty!

What a sweet son!  Kudos to his mom for raising a handsome, articulate, and compassionate boy.

It’s hard to tell who was more excited for this session… Will’s mom (who had to pick the perfect outfit), Will’s dad (who thought of  bringing his black & white ’69 Camaro), Will (who picked out the sweetest aviation hat and googles while shopping with his mom), or me!   In the end, everyone’s anticipation paid off.  Check out how handsome and photogenic Will is… I had no doubt he would rock this Urban Funk session!
