I met Libby about a month before her senior portrait session. But little did she know that I have known about her for years, and years! Her mom and I used to see each other almost daily at the hospital and what else would we do than ask each other about our kids? So when Lois called me and asked if I would photograph Libby, I was utterly confused. I thought, “Wait, Libby is a little girl!” Or at least that is how I knew her from our conversations. When I met Libby it was obvious that the little girl I knew about had become a naturally beautiful, sweet and mature young woman. We talked about the type of senior portraits she wanted, and what some of her big dreams were, including having pictures with an old VW bug. It took some crazy searching, a great amount of luck, and a friendly stranger to make Libby’s hopes come true. What I love about Libby’s session is that it definitely speaks of who she is, what she loves, and the carousel of her life.
Libby, I could stare at your photos all day long… you are stunning, inside and out! Best wishes to your bright future ahead!!!
